We offer room plans according to purpose, budget, and usage.
It includes weekly room cleaning, linen change service and utilities in addition to furnishings.
The deposit is equivalent to one month's rent and varies depending on the contract period.
Step 01 Inquiry and request for information materials

Step 02 Application
After you submit the application form and other required document, we will conduct a simple screening according to our company rule. In case of long-term contract, we may ask you to use a guarantor company.
Step 03 Contract and moving in
After the initial payment and conclusion of the contract is done, you will finally move in. At the time of handing over of the key, you'll be given a house orientation by our staff to show you facilities in the building, the evacuation route and how to use the equipment and home appliances.

- Original residence certificate
- Certificate of income
- A copy of the guarantor's identification
- Original residence certificate of the guarantor
- Guarantor's original certificate of seal impression
