  • What is a serviced apartment?

    Monthly rent includes furniture, home appliances, Internet, utilities, room cleaning service, bed linen change (weekly).
    You can enjoy life as if living in a hotel room both in short- and long- term stay
  • What is the difference from hotel?

    The biggest difference is that the hotel can be used from one night stay without a contract. As it is a rental house, a lease contract for at least one month is required.
    Also, there is no apartment manager or concierge service available at the site.
    When you move in, a staff of the operating company will hand over the key, guide you to the facilities and provide an orientation.
    Inquiries during your stay are mainly handled by staffs by phone. (24/7 by bilingual staff, English and Japanese)
  • What do I need to sign a contract?

    The application form, required document for screening, the payment of initial monthly rent and security deposit are required.
    Unlike a general lease contract, no key money or brokerage fee is required.
  • Does the property have a locker for delivery service?

    Yes, it does. You can even take your laundry for the service and have it delivered back via this locker.
  • Can I move in with my pet?

    Pets are not allowed regardless of the size or type.
  • Is smoking allowed in the building?

    The entire building is non-smoking.
    Smoking is not allowed in your room and any other place in the premises.
  • Please tell me the details of furniture, home appliances, and other equipment available in the room.

    The room is equipped with furniture and home appliances, linens such as bed sheets and towels, kitchenwear for cooking and tableware. However, we do not provide consumables such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper and toothbrush.
    Please check the room details page for the items provided in the room.
  • Is it possible to cancel after the contract effective date?

    You cannot make mid-term cancellation for one-month contract.
    If the contract period is more than one month, you can cancel it in the middle with two weeks' notice. *The period of advance notification varies depending on the contract period.
  • Do you have a parking lot?

    Yes. The parking lot is rented on a monthly basis.
  • Do you have a bicycle parking space?

    No, we don't
